Community Counseling Clinic (“CCC”) at Montclair State University provides low cost, professional, and compassionate mental health counseling services to assist individuals, couples, and families in the Montclair area. The MSU Community Counseling Clinic is housed in The Center for Clinical Services, located at 147 Clove Road in Little Falls, just off Routes 46 and 3 East (across from New Jersey Transit’s Montclair State University Station). Essex County Division of Senior Services is the doorway to programs and services for seniors and adults with physical disabilities. It is the primary center for planning, program development and coordination of services to persons age 60 and over. The Essex County Office for the Disabled is located at 50 South Clinton Street, 1st Floor, Suite 4300, East Orange NJ 07018 provides information and referrals to resources in Essex County for people with disabilities. Besides making referrals to the many resources in the County, they also offer the Personal Assistant Services Program (“PASP”) for permanently, physically disabled persons 18-65.
