Adult and Adolescent Immunization
The Montclair Health Department offers an Adolescent Immunization Clinic (ages 11-18) and an Adult Immunization Clinic (age 19 and older).
Our Immunization Clinics are held on the first and the third Tuesday of each month from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Montclair Health Department, 205 Claremont Avenue, third floor.
Montclair Health Department participates in The New Jersey Vaccines for Children (NJVFC) Program which is federally funded. NJVFC manages 2 distinct programs: Vaccines for Children Program (VFC), and 317-Funded Adult (317) Program.
Please call 973-509-4970 and ask to speak to a public health nurse about vaccine availability and costs, and costs for Mantoux testing.
If you do not have health insurance, you may be eligible for vaccines through the VFC or Adult 317 Clinic.
