The Visiting Nurse Program for Senior Citizens offers free monthly nursing visits for any homebound resident of Montclair, Verona, and Cedar Grove, 60 years of age and over, who needs basic monitoring of his/her health conditions and chronic medical problems.
This program is partially funded by the Essex County Division of Senior Services and includes:
- Physical Assessment
- Psychosocial Assessment
- Cardiopulmonary Monitoring
- Dietary Review & Instructions
- Medication Review & Instructions
- Referral to appropriate community assistance programs
