Regulations for Appeal of Sewer Utility Bill Due to a High Reading Caused by a Leak

Residents or businesses who have received a sewer utility bill which they believe is excessive due to a water leak at their premises, may appeal for a one-time reduction in their sewer bill by following these regulations. These procedures also apply in the event of a defective meter. If the appeal is granted, the bill will be reduced for the applicable quarter to the appeal rate for the applicable meter size.
