Montclair Rent Control Office: Landlords Must Register Dwellings by April 1
All owners/landlords of buildings subject to Chapter 257 Rent Regulation (Rent Control) must register their dwellings on an annual basis. The deadline for the 2023 registration is April 1. All registration forms must be submitted by this date with a filing fee of ten (10) dollars per unit.
