If you wish to plead not guilty, please call the court office at 973-509-4774 to be scheduled for a video court session which will be conducted using the ZOOM video conferencing app.

If you wish to plead not guilty to a PARKING ticket only, you may use the form at the following link: Download form.

This form may only be used to enter a plea for one charge, i.e., one charge per form. If applicable, please submit any supporting documentation.

 The Municipal Court office schedules cases for hearings, accepts bail, and maintains records of criminal and traffic tickets for attorneys, defendants, residents, and the general public.
