Construction Notice: Yantacaw Brook Park Path
The Township of Montclair has contracted with Zenith Construction Services, Inc. for reconstruction of the Yantacaw Brook Park path between Club Road and Alexander Avenue. Work is scheduled to begin on or about Wednesday November 15, 2017, weather permitting.
Improvements will include removal of the existing path and construction of a new widened path in its place.
No parking will be allowed along the west (park) side of Yantacaw Brook Road during the day while construction is in progress. The path will be closed for duration of the construction but pedestrians may use the sidewalk on the east side of Yantacaw Brook Road. Please obey all signs and use caution when driving or walking in this area.
The inspector for this project is Ebbie Faraji. If the inspector is not on site, we ask that you do not approach the contractor but immediately call the Engineering Bureau at 973- 509-5711. The inspector will contact you by phone and/or return to the job site within a short time.
