Notice to all Active or Retired Judges, Prosecutors, Law Enforcement Officers and Immediate Family Members of any of the above under "Daniel's Law."
The State of New Jersey passed Daniel’s Law in 2020 to prohibit persons, State and local agencies, and businesses from posting or publishing on the Internet the home addresses or unpublished home telephone numbers of judges, or State, county, or municipal prosecutors, law enforcement officers, and their immediate family members regardless of whether they are retired or in the workforce.
If you are interested in preventing disclosure of your home address and published phone number, please review and complete the documents in this link and advise the Municipal Assessor’s Office by calling 973-509-4918, so that appropriate steps can be taken to ensure compliance with “Daniel's Law.”
