Remote Council Meetings
In an effort to minimize exposure to COVID-19 and to maintain social distancing practices, Township Council meetings will only be available to the public remotely until the pandemic is over. Comments from the public during a public comment session as well as later in the meeting during the public hearings for Ordinances on second reading will be conducted remotely.
Those who wish to participate now during public comment should dial in to 425-535-9484. Participants will be put in a queue. The administrator will notify callers when it is their turn to speak by saying the last two digits of their phone numbers which will be displayed on our system. For example, a caller with the phone number 973-444-5555 will hear the administrator say "number 5-5 it is your turn to speak”. The caller will then hear the word "UNMUTE" and will be offered the opportunity to make his or her comment.
