NOTICE TO VENDORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bid proposals will be received until 3:00 pm on October 4, 2023 by the authorized representative of the Township of Montclair in the Department of Finance, Attn: Purchasing Agent, 3rd Floor of the Municipal Building, 205 Claremont Avenue, Montclair, New Jersey 07042, at which time bid proposals will be publicly opened and read in the Council Chambers, 1st floor of the Municipal Building for:

The Township of Montclair is requesting Bid proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide the above‑mentioned goods and services in accordance with the specifications or Township approved equivalent. The Township reserves the right to award a contract with one or more individuals or firms.
The successful bidder must provide a performance bond guaranteeing all items sold against defects of workmanship and/or materials for a period of one year from the date of delivery. The successful bidder must provide a Consent of Surety from an acceptable company that is licensed to do business in the State of New Jersey together with this performance bond.
The Township of Montclair reserves the right to consider proposals for sixty (60) days after their receipt and the right is reserved to waive any informalities, to accept a proposal which it deems most favorable to the interest of the Township in accordance with the specifications and current New Jersey State and Federal regulations.
Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
