Incident/Fire Reports
To request a copy of your incident/fire report: please complete an Open Public Records Act request form (OPRA) and return it to the Fire Chief’s Office by faxing it to 973-744-8801, emailing it to [email protected], or mailing it to the Township of Montclair Fire Department, Attention: Fire Chief’s Office, One Pine Street, Montclair, NJ 07042.
Please allow at least forty-eight (48) hours to process. Should you have further questions, please call The Montclair Fire Department at 973-509-4761.
